SynergyGroup has today announced the promotion of 2 Equity Partners across its Senior Leadership Team, effective 1 April 2023.

The promoted partners are part of the core directorship within the group and this further represents the outstanding work that both have shown in the years they have been with SynergyGroup, showing themselves to be extremely valuable members of the team as the business looks to move forward into a strong and exciting future.

Matthew Jennings is SynergyGroup’s first CX-focused partner and the groups technical expertise is further enhanced through the announcement of their Technical Director, Kayle Borchard, also making partner.
